Ingredients

• 2.5 oz gin or vodka

• 0.5 oz dry vermouth

• 0.5–1 oz olive brine (to taste)

• Ice

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice.

2. Add gin or vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine.

3. Stir or shake until well chilled.
