Lion's Tail

A hidden gem from the 1930s, the Lion's Tail combines bourbon with allspice dram to create warm baking spice flavors balanced by fresh lime and aromatic bitters. It's rich, cozy, and unlike almost any other bourbon cocktail.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon

• ½ oz Allspice Dram

• ½ oz Fresh lime juice

• 1 tsp Simple syrup

• 1 dash Angostura bitters

• 
  

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake until chilled.

3. Strain into a coupe glass.

4. Garnish with a lime twist.
