Event Drink Planning Guide
Make ordering easy with these simple planning formulas.
Plan 1 bottle (750ml) for every 2 guests.
One bottle provides approximately 5 glasses (5 oz each).
Wine
Plan 1 bottle (750ml) for every 15–20 guests . One bottle provides approximately 17–20 mixed drinks (1 oz pours).
Plan 1 case (24 bottles/cans) for every 4–6 guests.
Adjust based on your guests' beer preferences and the length of your event.
