Paper Plane

Invented in 2007, the Paper Plane has quickly become one of the world's most beloved modern classics. It combines bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon in equal parts to produce a cocktail that is citrusy, bittersweet, and incredibly smooth.

Ingredients

• ¾ oz bourbon

• ¾ oz Aperol

• ¾ oz amaro

• ¾ oz lemon juice

• Ice

• 
  

Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a coupe glass.

3. Serve up with no garnish or a lemon twist.
