Paloma

A bright and refreshing Mexican cocktail made with tequila, grapefruit soda, and fresh lime juice. Its perfect balance of citrusy sweetness, slight bitterness, and bubbly fizz makes it lighter and more refreshing than a margarita. Served over ice with a salted rim, the Paloma is easy to make and ideal for warm weather, backyard gatherings, summer parties, or relaxing happy hours.



Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 oz grapefruit juice

  • Soda water to top

  • Ice

  • Optional: salt rim


Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add tequila and lime juice.

  3. Add grapefruit juice.

  4. Top with soda water.

  5. Stir gently.

  6. Garnish with a lime wedge or grapefruit slice.
