Negroni


a timeless Italian cocktail known for its bold, bittersweet flavor and vibrant ruby-red color. Made with equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, this sophisticated aperitif delivers a perfect balance of herbal, citrusy, and bitter notes. Traditionally served over ice with an orange peel garnish, the Negroni has become a staple of cocktail culture and an elegant choice for pre-dinner sipping.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • Ice

  • Orange peel, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass or cocktail glass with ice.

  2. Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

  3. Stir well until chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.
