a bold, savory beer cocktail made with lime, tomato juice, spices, and hot sauce. Tangy, spicy, and refreshing, it’s often called the “bloody beer” and is perfect for brunch or hot afternoons.
Ingredients
1 bottle light Mexican lager
2 oz tomato juice (or Clamato)
½ oz lime juice
Hot sauce (to taste)
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Chili salt rim (optional)
Ice
Instructions
Rim glass with chili salt if desired.
Add lime juice, tomato juice, and sauces to glass.
Fill with ice.
Top with beer and stir lightly.
